1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the tbbajje platform (available at tbbajje.net and any associated mobile or desktop interfaces), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and tbbajje (the "Platform" or "we" or "us").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the tbbajje platform and close your account if one has already been created. Your continued use of tbbajje following any amendments to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by tbbajje's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration & Security

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one tbbajje account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment method details — is strictly prohibited. If tbbajje identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbbajje username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. tbbajje will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out under your tbbajje account credentials is your responsibility.

• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one hour during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays.

4.4 Responsible Use of Funds

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

5.3 Manifest Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly posted in error (for example, due to a data feed malfunction, a typographical error, or a technical fault on the tbbajje platform), tbbajje reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's tbbajje wallet. tbbajje will notify affected players of any manifest error void via their registered contact details within 48 hours of the determination being made.

5.4 Casino & Slot Games

9. Limitation of Liability

tbbajje provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tbbajje makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, accurate, and free from errors at all times, tbbajje does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Specifically, tbbajje accepts no liability for:

10. Amendments to These Terms
